Golden Hour at Lake Herrick

A November afternoon that started at the water and ended on a gravel path in the woods.

Liz wanted senior portraits that didn’t feel like senior portraits. So we skipped the studio, met at the lake an hour before sunset, and just walked: through tall grass, over a wooden fence, into the leaves.

Everything here is natural light. The warm color comes from the hour, not from a filter.
